Dear Steve,

I wanted to thank you for the work so far on the Silk Mill building, it looks so much better. I was beginning to think that it was beyond recovery but the section done looks brand new again. The Silk Mill Management Company directors were delighted as were the apartment owners, particularly that you took it upon yourselves to do some bits that were not in the quote, just to make it look right.

The quotations for the rest of the work were unanimously approved and I look forward to the next phases of work.

After 25 years, I still have never met a better bunch, what with the restaurants, the rental houses, our head office and Rock House, not to mention all the other places you have done for us over the years.
